Light is the fastest thing in the universe. Light travels 983,571,056 feet every second. Light can get all the way from you to the Moon in the time it takes you to say, “Woahh! Hold on!”
A beam of light can get from Earth to Mars in three minutes and to the Sun in eight and a half. It takes just over four years to get to the nearest star, Proxima Centauri.
Large amount of cortisol are produced when a person is under stress. Cortisol is the stress hormone secreted when a person is always in stressful events causing the endocrine system stays revved up. Cortisol is very important in helping to control excessive inflammation, maintaining blood pressure and connective tissues. It helps improve a person’s sense of well-being.
Bionic is a term used for complete replacement body part systems. An alternative to taking parts from other bodies is to make completely artificial ones.
An example of this is the battery-powered “Utah Arm” that moves in response to the owner’s thoughts. Its movements are controlled by a computer that responds to muscle twitches in the stump of the owner’s real arm.
